Schedule a consultation
New and returning patient appointments are scheduled through the Swedish Urology — First Hill office at (206) 386-6266. I am currently accepting new patients, and I make a point of seeing new cancer diagnoses quickly.
What to bring to your visit
The more of your history I can review, the more useful your first visit will be. Where it applies to you, please bring:
- Imaging on disc or via records release — CT, MRI, or ultrasound of the abdomen/pelvis, including prostate MRI if you've had one. The images themselves, not just the report.
- Biopsy pathology report — if you've been diagnosed with prostate, kidney, or bladder cancer elsewhere.
- PSA history — every value you have, with dates. The trend matters more than any single number.
- A current medication list, including blood thinners.
- Your insurance card and photo ID.
- Prior records from any urologist you've seen — office notes and operative reports if you've had urologic surgery before.
Insurance
Swedish accepts most major insurance plans — including Premera, Regence BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Kaiser, Humana, and Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and TRICARE options. Coverage varies by plan; the scheduling team can verify your benefits when you call.
Traveling from outside Seattle?
I care for patients from across Washington and the Pacific Northwest. If you're traveling a long distance, mention it when you schedule — the team can help coordinate records ahead of time so your visit is as productive as possible.
